Novo Cabelo – Training Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all hair replacement system training services provided by Novo Cabelo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in, paying for, or accessing any part of the training programme, you (“the learner”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Training
1.1 What the Training Fees Include
Training fees paid to Novo Cabelo may include, depending on the course purchased:
- Access to online training materials and video modules
- Inperson practical training sessions delivered by a Novo Cabelo Educator.
- Assignment of a live model for practical assessment (where applicable)
- Use of training space and facilities during scheduled sessions
- An essential starter kit and selected salon products dispatched after enrolment
- Assessment and feedback provided by a Novo Cabelo Educator
The exact content of each course is defined in the course description at the time of enrolment.
1.2 What the Training Fees Do Not Include
Unless explicitly stated in writing, training fees do not include:
- Guaranteed qualification, certification, or approval status
- Guaranteed inclusion on the Novo Cabelo salon map
- Guaranteed employment, income, clientele, or business success
- Unlimited training time or indefinite access to educators
- General hairdressing or barbering education outside hair replacement systems
- Medical or dermatological advice
2. Enrolment, Fees & Refund Policy
2.1 NonRefundable Fees
- All course fees are strictly nonrefundable from the point of enrolment
- Enrolment triggers immediate access to Novo Cabelo video training content
- Enrolment also initiates:
- Preparation and delivery of the essential starter kit and salon products
- Allocation of training resources, including educator time, models, and salon space
Due to these irreversible costs, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once enrolment has been confirmed.
2.2 Transfers & Rescheduling
- Course places are transferable only from within the same company , but not between unconnected individuals.
- Requests to reschedule inperson training dates may be considered at our discretion.
- Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or repeated sessions
3. Access to Training Content
- Online video packages are licensed for personal use only
- Access is granted upon enrolment and is not time limited however if stylists are no longer operating as Novo Professionals access will be withdrawn.
- Sharing, recording, copying, or redistribution of training content is strictly prohibited
4. Assessment, Approval & Standards
4.1 Course Completion vs Approval
- Completion of training does not automatically grant approval as a Novo Cabelo Hair Replacement Professional
- Approval and brand association are discretionary and performancebased linked directly to Novo Cabelo Quality Standards,
4.2 Novo Cabelo Stylist Approval
Approval as a Novo Cabelo Hair Replacement Stylist, including eligibility for listing on the Novo Cabelo salon map is achieved only when all of the following are met:
- Successful completion of the full training programme
- Submission of appropriate evidence of client transformations
- Demonstration of results that meet Novo Cabelo quality standards
- Formal assessment and signoff by a Novo Cabelo Educator
Novo Cabelo reserves the sole right to determine whether standards have been met.
5. Failure to Meet Standards & Ongoing Support
- Learning outcomes vary by individual
- If a learner does not meet the required standard within the expected timeframe:
- Additional guidance and developmental support may be offered including remedial training at our discretion.
- Further practice, submissions, or refinement may be required
This additional support is intended to assist skill development but does not guarantee eventual approval or certification.
6. Conduct, Professionalism & Right to Refuse Approval
- Stylist must conduct themselves professionally at all times
- Unsafe, unethical, or unprofessional behaviour may result in removal from training and the novo Cabelo salon map.
- Novo Cabelo reserves the right to withhold approval or certification without refund
7. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, methods, systems, videos, manuals, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Novo Cabelo
- No content may be reproduced, distributed, taught, or monetised without written consent
8. Limitation of Liability & Guarantees
- Results depend on individual skill, effort, and experience
- Novo Cabelo makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, approval, or commercial success
- Liability is limited to the value of the training fees paid, except where prohibited by law
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country / Jurisdiction].
10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Novo Cabelo training programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
